Job Summary
Rajarathnam Construction Private Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Administration to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, employee attendance management, personnel records, office facilities, and vendor coordination. Candidates with prior experience in the real estate or construction industry will be given preference.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Administration.
- Experience in Real Estate or Construction Administration preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and record management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Manage employee personal files and administrative documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and statutory documents.
- Coordinate office administration and facility management activities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and office maintenance.
- Prepare administrative reports and MIS reports as required by management.
- Support HR and management in day-to-day administrative functions.
