The company is focused on developing and marketing advanced healthcare technology solutions for hospitals and healthcare institutions.
We are looking for an energetic, committed and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop and manage our hospital business across Vadodara and surrounding territories.
Job Purpose
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, developing hospital relationships, identifying equipment requirements and projects, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, submitting quotations and converting opportunities into orders.
The position requires extensive field work and regular travelling across Vadodara and approximately 100 km surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience in Medical Devices, Hospital Equipment, Healthcare Equipment or related B2B healthcare sales will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates with direct experience in dealing with hospitals and healthcare professionals will be preferred.
- The candidate must be currently based in Vadodara or have strong familiarity with the Vadodara healthcare market.
- Knowledge of hospitals and healthcare institutions in Vadodara and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience and capability.
The selected candidate will also be eligible for performance-based sales incentives, linked to business achievement and other defined performance parameters.
