We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers who can handle customer inquiries and help customers purchase dresses through calls, chat, and email support. This role is a combination of customer support and sales, where the candidate will assist customers professionally and convert inquiries into successful sales.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convince customers over calls.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with dress selection and product-related queries
- Convert customer inquiries into sales
- Follow up with interested customers and pending orders
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Provide excellent customer service experience
- Coordinate through calls, chats, and emails
- Maintain customer records and order details
- Achieve sales and support targets
Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Phone Sales
- Comfortable handling international customers
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable working in US Night Shift
- Fashion or eCommerce experience is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
