Job Title: Senior Accounts ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting
- Maintain accurate books of accounts (day-to-day accounting entries).
- Handle general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing.
- Track receivables and follow up for collections.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
3. Bank & Cash Management
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash.
- Handle banking transactions and coordination.
4. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of returns and payments.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits.
5. Payroll Support
- Assist in payroll processing and salary reconciliation.
- Ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT) are accurate.
6. Audit & Reporting
- Support internal and external audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
7. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Track expenses and control costs.
8. Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
- Liaise with banks, tax consultants, and vendors.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in GST, TDS, and compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
Experience:
- 4–7 years in accounting/finance role
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
