We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to promote our Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Custom Software Solutions. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to build a career in IT sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Karamadai, Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact company-provided leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and explain our software solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain customer communication and update sales records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in making outbound sales calls.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented.
- Accountable, responsible, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
