We are looking for an experienced SEO & GEO Team Lead to build, mentor, and scale our organic growth team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Technical SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI Search, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor SEO Analysts, Link Builders, and Content Writers.
- Recruit, train, and onboard SEO/GEO team members.
- Develop and implement SEO and GEO strategies for global and regional clients.
- Conduct advanced technical SEO audits, schema implementation, Core Web Vitals optimization, and website performance analysis.
- Create frameworks for AI Search optimization across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other LLM-powered platforms.
- Manage keyword strategies, backlink campaigns, entity optimization, and content architecture.
- Review deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and SEO best practices.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and AI search trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with development and content teams to launch SEO/GEO-ready websites.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SEO experience with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Programmatic SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals, International SEO, and Website Audits.
- Understanding of GEO, AI Search, Knowledge Graphs, Entity SEO, Vector Search, and LLM optimization.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and Next.js.
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (Written & Verbal).
- Malayalam proficiency preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
