Telecaller Executive / Reception Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls.
- Talk to leads and convert enquiries into admissions & bookings.
- Manage the reception and greet walk-in clients.
- Schedule appointments and maintain lead records.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident in talking to clients and handling enquiries.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales/Telecalling experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and professional personality.
Salary: ₹ salary + Attractive Incentives.
