Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts function across multiple real estate projects and business entities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial planning, project finance, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
The Finance Manager will partner with senior leadership to ensure financial stability, optimize project profitability, strengthen internal controls, and support business growth through informed financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Budgeting
· Prepare annual budgets and project-wise financial plans.
· Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Monitor budget utilization and recommend corrective actions.
· Conduct project profitability and feasibility analysis.
Cash Flow & Fund Management
· Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
· Ensure optimum working capital management.
· Monitor project-wise fund utilization.
· Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for project funding and loan management.
Project Financial Control
· Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
· Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
· Review project profitability, IRR, ROI, and investment performance.
· Support land acquisition and project feasibility analysis.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
· Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books.
· Prepare Financial Statements as per applicable Accounting Standards.
· Present MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis to management.
· Monitor revenue recognition and project accounting.
Taxation & Compliance
· Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and statutory compliances.
· Ensure compliance with RERA, Companies Act, and applicable financial regulations.
· Coordinate statutory, internal, GST, and tax audits.
· Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
Banking & Treasury
· Manage banking relationships.
· Handle project finance documentation.
· Monitor loan disbursement, repayments, and interest servicing.
· Optimize treasury operations and liquidity management.
Internal Controls & Risk Management
· Establish strong financial controls and SOPs.
· Identify operational and financial risks.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards.
· Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
· Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
· Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Procurement, Legal, and CRM departments.
· Support senior management with strategic financial insights.
· Present financial reports to Directors and stakeholders.
