Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct counseling sessions in Marathi.
- Assess clients' emotional, behavioral, or career-related needs.
- Develop counseling plans and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
- Refer clients to specialized services when necessary.
- Conduct awareness programs, workshops, or outreach activities.
- Follow ethical and professional counseling standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and active listening abilities.
- Prior counseling experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
