Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits.
- Explain property details and project benefits to clients.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Coordinate with the team for closures and documentation.
- Maintain daily sales reports and client database.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
· Candidates should have experience in working with 99acres or magic bricks
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales of a minimum of 8-10 years in South Delhi real estate space
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
