Job Overview
Goalcryst is hiring Customer Support Executives for an outbound voice process. The role involves speaking with customers over the phone, following up regarding loan recovery and collection, and maintaining accurate customer and payment records.
Freshers who are confident in communication and comfortable handling customer calls are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan recovery and collection.
- Communicate professionally with customers and handle their queries appropriately.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
- Explain payment-related information clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records and update payment details in the system.
- Meet process and performance requirements.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass and above.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Age: 18–32 years.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Fluency in Telugu is preferred/required for the current hiring.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling outbound customer calls.
Salary & Benefits
Freshers: ₹18,000 per month + PF + Performance Incentives
Additional salary benefits are available for experienced candidates.
