Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Sanskrit & Marathi, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience teaching Sanskrit at the school level, preferably within the ICSE or IGCSE framework.
- Strong understanding of the ICSE or IGCSE curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that caters to diverse learning needs.

Job Summary
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Sanskrit and Marathi Subject Teacher to support our Middle School classroom. The ideal candidate will assist the main teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the ICSE & IGCSE curriculum, ensuring students grasp the fundamentals of Sanskrit.
- Facilitate interactive classroom discussions that encourage student participation and critical thinking.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance the learning experience and keep students motivated.
- Organize and participate in cultural events and activities that promote the understanding of Sanskrit literature and traditions.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create interdisciplinary projects that integrate Sanskrit with other subjects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and methodologies in language teaching to continuously improve instructional practices.
- Engage with parents and the community to promote the importance of Sanskrit education and its relevance in today’s world.
- Contribute to the development of school policies and initiatives that enhance the overall educational experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
