The Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our future clients. You will not just be making calls; you will be building relationships and driving real business growth.
What You Will Do Every Day:
- Find New Business: Make outbound calls and send targeted emails to B2B executives and decision-makers.
- Qualify Leads: Speak with potential clients to understand their business goals and see how our digital media, branding, and event solutions can help them.
- Pitch & Present: Explain the value of partnering with Business Tabloid in a clear, simple, and powerful way.
- Close Deals: Manage the sales process from the very first cold call all the way to signing the contract.
- Track Your Success: Keep clear and accurate records of your calls, meetings, and sales pipeline in our CRM.
Who We Are Looking For
You do not need to use complicated jargon to be successful here. We want someone who can explain great ideas simply and persuasively.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or cold calling. (Experience in media sales, SaaS, or advertising is a huge plus).
- Great Communicator: You speak and write clearly. You can confidently hold a conversation with senior business leaders.
- Goal-Oriented: You are highly motivated by hitting targets and earning commissions. You do not give up easily when you hear "no."
- Tech-Ready: You know your way around LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM software.
