Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-friendly, energetic, and target-driven telemarketing executive to join our team at SMJ Jewellery, Madurai. The ideal candidate will serve as the voice of our brand, interacting with existing and potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting our exclusive jewelry collections, explaining monthly gold savings schemes, following up on customer leads, and driving footfall to our Madurai showroom.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Calling: Make daily outbound calls to existing and new customers from the provided database.
2. Gold Scheme Promotion: Explain and promote our monthly gold savings schemes and enroll new members.
3. Drive Showroom Visits: Invite customers to the Madurai showroom for new arrivals, festival offers, and exclusive exhibitions.
4. Customer Relationship: Wish customers on their birthdays/anniversaries and share daily gold rate updates.
5. Data Entry: Maintain a simple daily record of call responses and customer feedback in Excel or Google Sheets.

Skills Required
1. Education: Any graduate / higher secondary (12th pass) with strong verbal skills.
2. Language: Must speak fluent Tamil with a polite and welcoming tone.
3. Skills: Strong communication skills, patience over the phone, and basic mobile/computer usage.
4.Preferred: Prior experience in tele calling, retail sales, gold loans, or insurance is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Job Type: Full-time, showroom-based role.
- Incentives: Extra earnings based on successful scheme enrolments and customer walk-ins.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
