Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily production planning, batch processing, quality checks, and packaging operations while ensuring hygiene and process control.
- Manage manpower, coordinate with QC for raw materials, monitor machine operations, and maintain smooth plant performance.
- Oversee batch loading, shade matching, and final product approval before dispatch.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, maintain records, and support production efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in paint or chemical industry.
- Basic knowledge of chemicals, production processes, and quality standards.
