We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Telecaller to manage front desk operations and handle inbound/outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in maintaining smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
- Provide accurate information about services/products
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and client details
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments
- Handle basic administrative tasks (emails, data entry, filing)
- Ensure reception area is clean and presentable
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confident speaking and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
