Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, and wellness programs.
- Organize health camps, community outreach programs, and tie-ups with local businesses, schools, and corporates.
- Liaise with doctors and department heads to promote specialized clinics or events
- Maintain relationships with referring doctors, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers.
- Coordinate PR activities and media coverage for hospital events and milestones.
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvement areas for hospital visibility.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance and present to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, or service industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
