We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Intern to join our team. Candidates who have already completed a minimum 3-month HR internship and are looking to build their career in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition process.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Handle daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Post job openings on Indeed and other job portals.
- Coordinate with team members for HR activities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and quick learner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Eligibility:
- Graduate / MBA HR / BBA / Relevant Field.
- Must have completed minimum 3 months HR internship experience.
