We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling calls, managing office records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and transfer them to concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
- Manage reception area cleanliness and appearance.
Administrative Support
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Manage inward and outward courier services.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain reports, letters, and official correspondence.
- Handle office supplies inventory and procurement requests.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Assist HR in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Data Management
- Maintain employee and office databases.
- Update records using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Administration or Office Management preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
