About the Role
Diamico Pvt Ltd is expanding its global footprint, and we are looking for a high-performing Senior Lead Generation Specialist to drive our enterprise software pipeline. This is not an entry-level position. We need a seasoned outreach strategist who has mastered the art of breaking through the noise, engaging C-suite executives, and unlocking high-value enterprise accounts across both domestic (India) and international (US, UK, Middle East) markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Outbound Mapping: Conduct deep market research to identify high-potential B2B enterprise prospects globally, mapping key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, and VPs).
- Omnichannel Multi-Channel Prospecting: Execute highly personalized, value-driven outbound campaigns utilizing cold calling, strategic LinkedIn outreach, and tailored email sequences.
- Account Penetration & Qualification: Conduct sophisticated discovery conversations to evaluate prospect business pain points, technical ecosystems, budget, authority, and timelines (BANT framework).
- Pipeline Engineering: Maintain a highly organized, data-driven CRM pipeline (HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring flawless tracking of touchpoints, lead scoring, and nurturing cycles.
- Seamless Sales Handoff: Partner strategically with Account Executives to transition highly qualified pipeline opportunities into scheduled enterprise demos and closures.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
- 3 to 5+ years of dedicated experience in B2B Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Mandatory: Strong background specifically within Software Sales / SaaS / IT Solutions environments.
- Demonstrated history of successfully cracking and scaling pipelines in international markets (US, Europe, or the GCC region).
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Flawless verbal and written business English communication, with the ability to articulate complex software solutions clearly to global stakeholders.
- Power-user efficiency with modern sales intelligence stacks (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Lusha).
- Deep understanding of modern tech concepts, AI trends, or enterprise architecture to speak confidently with tech leaders.
- A resilient, consultative sales approach with a strong drive to consistently beat pipeline targets.
