Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Sales Executive to support revenue growth across multiple hotel properties. The role involves driving room sales through corporate, MICE, group, and leisure segments while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring alignment with brand standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong hospitality sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive room revenue & sales through corporate, MICE, group, travel trade, and leisure segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue across assigned properties.
- Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Corporate & Account Management
- Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agents, event planners, and MICE partners.
- Ensure contract compliance, rate integrity, and long-term account retention.
- Conduct regular client meetings, property presentations, and sales visits.
Group Sales
- Convert group room inquiries through timely follow-ups, customized proposals, and effective negotiations.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and group bookings.
- Maximize revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Sales Planning & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records, account production reports, and CRM updates.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis.
- Track market share, business trends, and account productivity.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Analyze demand patterns and provide recommendations to enhance sales performance.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and customer segments.
Brand Standards & Guest Focus
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service in all client interactions.
- Represent the brand positively at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of hospitality sales, corporate sales, and MICE business.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with sales reports, forecasting, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or business development within the hospitality industry.
- Existing network of corporate clients and travel trade partners will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
