Effective Classroom Instruction Teach topics such as: Accounting for Partnership Firms Accounting for Companies Financial Statement Analysis Cash Flow Statement Use activity-based, competency-based, and experiential teaching methods. Competency-Based Learning Develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills through case studies and application-based questions. Assessment and Evaluation Prepare and conduct periodic tests, assignments, projects, and pre-board examinations in accordance with CBSE assessment guidelines. Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance. Board Examination Preparation Conduct revision sessions, practice with CBSE sample papers, previous years' question papers, and competency-based questions. Guide students on examination strategies, presentation skills, and time management. Differentiated Instruction Provide remedial support for slow learners and enrichment activities for advanced learners. Monitor student progress and implement appropriate interventions. Integration of Technology Use ICT tools, digital content, spreadsheets, presentations, and smart classroom resources to enhance teaching and learning.
