We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Draftsman to join our growing team and help bring our design concepts to life.
The Role
We are seeking a talented Draftsman with strong hands-on experience in SketchUp or 3ds Max. In this role, you will work closely with our lead interior designers to translate conceptual sketches and mood boards into precise 2D working drawings and stunning 3D visualizations. Your technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring our designs are both beautiful and buildable.
Key Responsibilities
Transform conceptual designs into detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and section drawings.
Create high-quality, realistic 3D models and renders using SketchUp or 3ds Max.
Produce accurate millwork detailing, custom furniture drawings, and lighting layouts.
Collaborate seamlessly with the design team, contractors, and project managers.
Modify and update drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.
Maintain a highly organized library of design assets, materials, and CAD/3D blocks.
Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and verify spatial dimensions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience working as a Draftsman or 3D Visualizer within the interior design or architecture industry.
Advanced, hands-on proficiency in either SketchUp or 3ds Max (knowledge of any 3D software is a major plus).
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and technical detailing.
Familiarity with rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona.
Solid understanding of interior design principles, spatial planning, and construction materials.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight project deadlines.
Good communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
