We manage a network of 500+ content creators across India, with the majority being female creators across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, travel, food, and other categories. We’re looking for a driven professional who can connect brands with our creator network and build long-term partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to brands for influencer marketing collaborations.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing teams, agencies, and brand decision-makers.
- Pitch creator campaigns and customized collaboration ideas.
- Negotiate campaign commercials and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with cold outreach and lead generation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based role.
- Knowledge of the influencer marketing ecosystem is a plus.
