Responsibilities
- Identifying, qualifying, securing business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Process sales orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and finance, to facilitate order fulfilment and timely delivery.
- Interact with customers via phone, email to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and assist with order status updates.
- Help to manage the sales pipeline by tracking and updating leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Candidate with graduation, /diploma qualification
- Min 1-2 year experience in sales coordination, customer support
- Knowledge of full sales cycle.
- Good Communication and negotiation skills
- Freshers are welcome , willing for sales training
