Real Estate Sourcing Executive
Rooflane Realty is looking for a proactive and motivated Real Estate Sourcing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing residential properties, coordinating with developers and channel partners, maintaining property inventory, and supporting the sales team with quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire new residential property listings.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and property owners.
- Coordinate property visits and collect project details.
- Maintain accurate property inventory and documentation.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely property updates.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet sourcing targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sourcing or sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
