Job Description
We are hiring an R&D Executive – Air Conditioning (RAC) for a leading HVAC manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product development, design validation, testing, and continuous improvement of air conditioning systems while ensuring compliance with quality and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of residential and commercial air conditioning products.
- Conduct product testing, performance evaluation, and validation.
- Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Analyze product performance and recommend design improvements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Vendor teams during product development.
- Support new product development (NPD) and product localization projects.
- Perform root cause analysis for product-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
- Stay updated with emerging HVAC technologies and market trends.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in R&D or Product Development within the Air Conditioning, HVAC, or Home Appliance industry.

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
