Job Description – Store Manager Position: Store Manager Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG Location: Rai / Sonipat (Haryana) Experience: 8-15 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Store Manager from the Food Manufacturing or FMCG Industry to manage overall store operations, inventory control, material planning, warehouse management, and dispatch activities. The candidate should have strong expertise in inventory management systems, stock control, and team handling. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations. Ensure accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials. Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability. Implement inventory control measures to minimize shortages and excess stock. Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and physical audits. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Planning departments for material requirements. Maintain proper documentation of inward, outward, and stock movements. Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for raw materials and finished goods. Handle warehouse manpower and ensure smooth store operations. Monitor material aging, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures. Generate MIS reports and inventory analysis for management review. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Store Management and Inventory Control. Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Tally ERP, Oracle, etc.). Good knowledge of Warehouse Management and Dispatch Operations. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Team handling and leadership capabilities. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting. Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline. Additional certification in Materials Management or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
