Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QS with expertise in Civil works to manage end-to-end project costing. The role includes estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, billing, and cost control to ensure projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for Civil.
- Develop project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
- Review drawings/specifications and identify value engineering opportunities
- Manage tendering: prepare tender documents, analyze bids, and recommend contractors/vendors
- Evaluate and certify contractor RA bills, MEP billing, and final accounts
- Track project costs, variations, and change orders across Civil & MEP packages
- Conduct rate analysis and cost benchmarking for materials and services
- Coordinate with design, MEP consultants, and site teams for accurate costing
- Ensure contract compliance and manage commercial aspects of projects
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Civil quantity surveying and cost management
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, contracts, and billing processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation/QS software
- Good analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Additional experience/knowledge in QS is essential
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
