KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for implementing the sales plan of the assigned region • Responsible of handling a team of FLS • Responsible for tie-ups with PSUs • Responsible for achieving sales targets from the large PSUs on a month-on-month basis • Assist in launching driving Annuity Business • Conceptualizing implementation of sales promotional activities for brand building market development • Prepare periodic sales reports • Conduct webinars / Presentations with retirees of PSUs • Ensure to have clear understanding of products and awareness of offerings by competition. Maintain database on Govt./ PSUs and competitor information • Update the client’s/ call reports accurately and efficiently and any competitor’s information as suggested by Goverment Annuity team Continuously evaluate potential of Annuity Business in the region • Develop specific analysis parameters • Conduct analysis on the potential groups/PSUs and prepare reports for the Business Head • Collect competitor information on the Corporate Annuity Business Adhere to all Organization’s policies and procedures
