What you will do
- Own multi-client UK payroll processing; ensure RTI filings and pension compliance.
- Implement payroll calendars and controls; monitor exceptions and resolve variances.
- Lead client communication; handle change requests and cyclical peaks.
- Guide and review a small team; build SOPs and training artefacts.
