Your Daily Impact as our Senior HR Recruiter, you will take full ownership of our talent acquisition engine. You will bypass traditional, slow hiring methods by leveraging your existing professional network to quickly scale our high-performing sales and backend teams.
- Leverage Existing Networks: Instantly tap into your personal pool of pre-vetted leads and industry contacts to fill critical vacancies.
- Execute End-to-End Hiring: Manage the entire talent pipeline from aggressive cold outreach and initial screening to contract signing.
- Target Specialized Roles: Recruit high-velocity international sales agents, customer support specialists, and data entry analysts.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner directly with department heads to understand headcount needs, skill gaps, and performance metrics.
- Optimize Onboarding: Ensure a smooth, professional transition for new hires from their first interview through their first week on the job.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Proven KPO/BPO Experience: 3+ years of aggressive recruitment experience working inside a fast-paced KPO, BPO, or international call center environment.
- An Active Lead Database: A strong, ready-to-use network of sales professionals, lead generators, and backend operators.
- High-Volume Capability: Demonstrated success in meeting strict weekly and monthly hiring targets without sacrificing candidate quality.
- Sharp Evaluation Skills: Ability to quickly assess communication skills, sales drive, and cultural fit during phone and video screens.
- Negotiation Expertise: Strong closing skills to pitch our company value proposition and successfully negotiate competitive compensation packages.
