Zenlife Healthcare is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our diagnostic and preventive healthcare center. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth center operations, maintaining high service quality, managing staff, coordinating corporate health check-up programs, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the diagnostic center.
- Ensure smooth patient flow from registration to report delivery.
- Monitor daily operational performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Team Management
- Supervise Front Office Executives, Lab Technicians, Phlebotomists, Housekeeping, and support staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Train employees on customer service, operational processes, and company policies.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven work environment.
Patient Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
- Handle patient concerns and escalations professionally.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement service improvements.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the center.
Corporate Health Check-up Operations
- Plan and coordinate corporate health camps and annual health check-up programs.
- Liaise with corporate clients to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Coordinate logistics, manpower, equipment, and reporting for on-site health camps.
- Ensure timely completion of all corporate deliverables.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
- Monitor infection control, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate internal audits and maintain operational documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.
Inventory & Vendor Management
- Monitor inventory of medical consumables, office supplies, and housekeeping materials.
- Coordinate procurement and vendor management.
- Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory and office equipment.
- Minimize wastage and optimize operational costs.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
- Monitor daily collections and operational expenses.
- Assist management in budgeting and cost optimization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
Business Development Support
- Support marketing initiatives and patient engagement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and referral partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue.
Qualifications
- MBA, BBA, Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, or equivalent degree.
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare administration.
- Experience managing teams and handling corporate healthcare projects is preferred.

Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
