Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the door segment.
- Generate new business opportunities through architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and direct clients.
- Manage and expand the customer base in assigned territories or markets.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with the production, design, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic MIS reports, forecasts, and sales pipelines.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Support the team in resolving customer complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, site visits, and business development activities to promote company products.
- Maintain proper documentation of inquiries, quotations, orders, and client communications in CRM or ERP systems.
- Train and guide junior sales team members whenever required.
Desired Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Experience in Steel doors, Fire Door.
