The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft SQL Server skills, a solid understanding of data validation and transaction processing workflows, and basic knowledge of .NET applications. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and successful execution of financial transaction processes while providing database-level support to internal stakeholders and business operations teams.
What will you do:

Monitor and support daily transaction processing activities, including payment processing, settlements, and reconciliation workflows.

Validate transaction data before and after processing to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Investigate and resolve transaction failures, exceptions, and data discrepancies.

Execute database scripts and perform data corrections in accordance with approved procedures.

Monitor scheduled jobs, stored procedures, ETL processes, and batch executions.

Support end-of-day and periodic transaction processing activities.

Develop, modify, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.

Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting activities.

Analyze large datasets to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and processing issues.

Conduct root cause analysis for transaction and application-related database issues.

Support database deployments, releases, and data migration activities.

Maintain database documentation, process logs, and support records.

Work closely with Development, Product, Operations, and Business teams to resolve production issues.

Assist in troubleshooting application issues by analyzing logs, SQL queries, and database performance.

Provide Level 2 support for transaction-processing applications.

Participate in incident management and problem-resolution activities.

Support system testing and validation during application releases.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across transaction systems.

Follow established controls and audit requirements for financial transaction processing.

Maintain proper documentation for production fixes, database changes, and operational procedures.
