Key Responsibilities
- 3D Modeling and Sculpting: Create high-quality, realistic, or stylized assets, characters, and environments.
- Texturing & Shading: Develop realistic or stylized materials using tools like Blender’s shader nodes or an external software.
- Rigging & Animation: Build skeletal structures for models and bring them to life through movement and cinematic camera work.
- Lighting & Rendering: Develop lighting setups that enhance mood, realism, and storytelling, often focusing on Cycles and Eevee engines.
- Workflow Optimization: Optimize models for performance in game engines or real-time rendering, managing poly counts and UVs.
- Collaboration: Work with art directors to iterate on models based on feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Blender (modeling, rendering, texturing, UV unwrapping, nodes, and modifiers) and often complementary software like Substance Painter, Maya, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Technical Art Knowledge: Understanding of PBR workflows, lighting principles, and rigging.
- Artistic Skills: Strong knowledge of form, color, lighting, and composition.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, texturing, or animation work.
Timings: 10 am to 7 pm (2nd & 4th Sat OFF)
