Job Title: Driver
Department: Transport / Operations
Reports To: Chief Security Officer (CSO)
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport hotel guests to and from airports, railway stations, tourist attractions, and other destinations.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Follow traffic laws and hotel safety policies.
- Keep records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to guests.
- Support hotel operations by delivering documents, supplies, or staff when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of guests and hotel property.
Requirements
- Valid driving license for the required vehicle category.
- Clean driving record and good knowledge of local routes.
- Previous driving experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or transport services.
- Basic communication skills in English and local language.
- Good grooming, punctuality, and customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent.
- Knowledge of GPS/navigation systems.
- First-aid knowledge is an advantage.
