Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 5 Years experience required.
- Experience in individual villas & independent residential houses only.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety norms.
- Leadership, team & client coordination skills.
- Documentation, English communication.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- MS Excel, ERP Knowledge preferred.
Note: Candidates with experience in high-rise buildings, towers, PWD, or road projects are not eligible.
Job Location: Chennai and Virudhunagar.
Soft Skills: Ms-Word, Ms-Excel and ERP Software Skills Preferred.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
