Client Relationship Executive:
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
o Welcome and engage with clients in person, over the phone, or via email with professionalism and empathy.
o Act as the primary liaison for new and existing clients, guiding them through our services and programs.
o Respond promptly to inquiries and provide personalized recommendations based on client needs.
- Coordination and Scheduling:
o Manage appointment bookings, follow-ups, and rescheduling.
o Coordinate between clients and wellness professionals (e.g., lactation consultants, therapists, nutritionists) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Client Experience Management:
o Gather and document feedback to continuously improve client experience.
o Monitor client progress and maintain regular communication to address concerns or provide encouragement.
o Handle client issues or complaints with tact and escalate them when necessary.
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
o Support client retention initiatives by recommending loyalty programs or upcoming workshops.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in client-facing roles / sales/ telecalling
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for supporting maternal health and wellness is a plus.
- Bsc in Nutrition / Dietitian would be an added advantage

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
