Job Summary
Makin Developers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Billing Engineer for High Rise Building Projects (G+ only) at Hisar, Haryana. Candidates must have strong experience in contractor billing, quantity verification, and client billing for multi-storey residential/commercial tower projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of RA bills and final bills.
- Quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements.
- Coordination with site engineers, planning team, and accounts department.
- Preparation of BOQ, variation statements, and reconciliation reports.
- Verification of subcontractor bills and work quantities.
- Maintaining billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
- Ensuring timely submission of client bills and certification follow-up.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD is mandatory.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in civil construction billing.
- High Rise Building (G+ Towers) experience is mandatory.
- Experience in contractor-side execution projects is required.
- Candidates having experience only in Road, Highway, Bridge, Railway, or Infrastructure projects should not apply.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 7–10 days will be preferred.
