Team Leader – IT Desktop Support
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT desktop support and resolve end-user issues.
- Manage and track incident and service tickets efficiently.
- Prepare SLA reports and monitor pending tickets.
- Handle reporting activities using Excel.
- Support end users and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and adherence to service standards.
- Coordinate with teams to maintain smooth IT operations.
