Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Associate with a minimum of 5+ years of proven success in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, leading, and closing sales while managing a team and ensuring excellent client servicing. This role demands leadership skills, a results-oriented approach, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Develop, drive, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
· Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base
· Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
· Conduct regular market research to stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional strategies and campaigns
· Conduct site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
· Prepare and submit sales reports to management on a regular basis
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving concerns swiftly
· Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry
· Strong leadership skills and ability to drive a team towards achieving targets
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Deep knowledge of the real estate market, including regulatory guidelines and market dynamics
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred)
· Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
