Customer relationship Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential clients, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update customer data in the system
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling is required
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi are mandatory
- Proficiency in additional regional languages will be considered an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) is required
- Knowledge of LinkedIn tools will be considered an added advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
