Banquet Coordinater:
The Banquet Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all banquet and event operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. This role oversees banquet staff, manages event setups, coordinates with other hotel departments, and ensures that all functions are executed efficiently while maintaining the hotel's service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise banquet events, conferences, weddings, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate with the Sales and F&B teams to understand event requirements and guest expectations.
- Conduct pre-event briefings with banquet staff and assign duties.
- Ensure banquet halls are set up according to the event order, including seating, décor, audio-visual equipment, and table arrangements.
- Monitor food and beverage service during events to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in banquet areas.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and last-minute changes professionally.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office departments for smooth event execution.
- Control banquet inventory, equipment, and operating supplies.
- Monitor banquet revenue, costs, and labor expenses to achieve budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly banquet operation reports.
Requirements
- Prefered Female only and Age (25 -35 below only)
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 3–5 years of experience in banquet operations,
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational and event planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and banquet setup procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
