- 1–2 years experience in Tiles / Sanitary / Building Materials sales (mandatory)
- Strong product knowledge (Tiles, Sanitary, Paints)
- Good communication & customer-handling skills
- Pleasant personality and confidence in explaining products
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/WhatsApp/Excel)
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Show product options (Tiles, Sanitaryware, CP fittings, Paints, PVC/CPVC items)
- Explain product features, pricing & quality differences
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
- Maintain showroom display and product knowledge
- Ensure excellent customer handling and support
