We’re Hiring | Founder’s Office Associate (Fresher Role)
Location: Noida | Full-Time | Restaurant Industry
Karigari is one of India’s fastest-growing restaurant brands, recently awarded Best Restaurant Chain of the Year. As we expand, we’re looking for a Founder’s Office Associate, someone smart, driven, and not shy to hustle to work directly with the Founder’s Office and contribute to high- impact projects across the business.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
1. Business Analysis & Data Management Gather, clean, and analyze operational & financial data from multiple outlets. Build dashboards and MIS reports for decision-making. Identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
2. Founder’s Strategic Support Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking & feasibility studies. Act as a sounding board for new ideas & strategic initiatives. Prepare presentations, briefs & concept notes (including for fundraising).
3. Project Management & Execution Support Assist in planning & tracking key projects (new outlets, menu launches, process improvements, etc.). Ensure timely follow-ups & closure of action items. Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders.
4. MVP / Innovation Support Help design & test MVPs for new business ideas. Collect feedback & refine concepts before scaling. Document learnings & recommendations.
5. Operational Efficiency Identify operational gaps & suggest improvements. Work closely with operations, finance, marketing & HR teams to resolve issues.
6. Confidential & Administrative Support Handle sensitive information with discretion. Provide limited EA-type support in scheduling & communications.
Who Should Apply? Fresher / 0–1 year of experience. Strong analytical, research & communication skills. Inquisitive, entrepreneurial mindset & willingness to hustle. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth restaurant business.
