HR Executive – Garments / Home Furnishing / Textile Manufacturing
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations within the garments, textile, or home furnishing industry and possess strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee welfare, and factory administration.
Job Title: HR Executive
Industry: Garments / Home Furnishing / Textile Manufacturing
Experience: 1–3 Years in a similar manufacturing industry
Qualification:
- MBA in HR / MSW (HR)
- Additional certification in labor laws or payroll management will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and attendance systems
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, and labor laws
- Coordinate and maintain documentation related to SMETA and other social compliance audits
- Handle employee welfare activities, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities for factory employees and staff
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and compliance registers
- Handle administration activities of the manufacturing unit including housekeeping, security and vendor coordination
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management
- Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
- Familiarity with SMETA/social audit requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle workforce issues in a factory environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in garment, textile, or home furnishing manufacturing companies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR and admin responsibilities
- Good understanding of factory operations and labor management
Location: Hongasandra, Bommanahalli, Bangalore.
Salary: 3 Lakh to 3.5 Lakh CTC

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
