Infection Surveillance
Monitor and track hospital-acquired infections (HAIs)
Collect and analyze infection data
Policy Development & Implementation
Develop infection prevention protocols (hand hygiene, sterilization, isolation)
Ensure compliance with national and international guidelines
Training & Education
Train healthcare staff on infection control practices
Conduct workshops on PPE use, hygiene, and safety
Audit & Compliance
Perform regular audits of infection control practices
Ensure adherence to standards (e.g., NABH, WHO guidelines)
Outbreak Management
Identify infection outbreaks early
Coordinate containment and control measures
Patient & Staff Safety
Promote safe practices to reduce infection risk
Advise on use of antibiotics and antimicrobial stewardship
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of infection data
Prepare reports for hospital management and regulatory bodies
Required Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing GNM (with experience)
Certification in Infection Control (preferred)
Registered Nurse license

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
