About Us
Sunglass Bae is a premium eyewear destination offering luxury sunglasses and optical brands. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at our LuLu Mall, Kochi store.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in luxury retail, eyewear, fashion, premium accessories, watches, or cosmetics will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of premium eyewear brands.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, attractive, and well-merchandised.
- Assist with stock management, billing, and daily store operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining the brand's premium image.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and customer service.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
