About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Software Developer to build and maintain digital systems for our textile manufacturing operations. You will help us upgrade our production planning, track fabric quality, and connect our factory machines to smart software.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Systems: Create and update software for fabric inventory, supply chain management, and order tracking.
- Machine Integration: Connect IoT (Internet of Things) devices to textile machines to monitor speed, temperature, and output in real-time.
- Fix Problems: Find and solve software bugs quickly to prevent production delays.
- Data Reports: Design easy-to-use dashboards that help managers view daily production and sales data.
- Team Training: Teach factory staff how to use new programs and digital tools.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience writing software. (Prior experience with textile or manufacturing ERP systems is a strong plus!)
- Coding Skills: Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
- Communication: Ability to work with factory workers and explain technical fixes in simple terms.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
